Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including toileting, bathing, dressing, and cueing for feeding;
Assist residents with ambulation and mobility devices (canes, walkers, wheelchairs);
Administer medications under supervision of Nursing Coordinator;
Observe and report changes in residents' status to Nursing Coordinator or Program Director;
Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms, assist with care planning meetings and daily communication
