Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Dietician to provide evidence-based nutrition care for clients with eating disorders in our Healthcare & Medical Services program. In this role, you will complete nutritional assessments, create individualized meal plans, lead nutrition education and meal support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery. You’ll work in a compassionate, clinically rigorous environment that values empathy, integrity, and ongoing professional growth while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
- Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for clients with eating disorders
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team on treatment goals and progress
- Lead nutrition education, meal support, and exposure activities
- Monitor clinical indicators, adjust interventions, and document in EHR
- Educate clients and families on balanced nutrition and recovery-oriented skills
- Ensure adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement
- Medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders
- Nutritional assessment and care planning
- Knowledge of DSM-5 eating disorder criteria
- Interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Meal planning and exposure interventions
- Motivational interviewing
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Group nutrition education
- Vital sign and lab value interpretation
- Regulatory and HIPAA compliance
