Chick-fil-A Dedham is seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Director to join our team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the store's guest experience and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The mission of the Director of Hospitality is to lead a team dedicated to attentiveness, courtesy, and friendliness, creating a welcoming environment for all guests. This is a full-time position, requiring availability on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hospitality initiatives to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the Training Director to train team members to maintain high standards of attentiveness, courtesy, and friendliness.
• Collaborate with the Operator and Senior Leadership to implement strategies aligned with Chick-fil-A's mission and values.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented environment, motivating staff to perform at their best.
• Monitor service quality, address guest feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Open availability, including Saturdays, to meet the demands of the business.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
