We are searching for an IT Project Manager who wants to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others.

In this key role, the IT Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects that advance Riverside's mission and operational goals. This position oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.

The IT Project Manager partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and communications throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

• Lead IT projects from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, budgeting, testing, training, and deployment.
• Ensure projects align with Riverside’s strategic objectives and technology architecture.
• Provide training and mentorship to strengthen project management capabilities across the IT team.
• Manage software and hardware implementations, including cloud-based platforms and system integrations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management tools, templates, and best practices that promote consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and promote IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support effective project execution.
• Implement thoughtful change management and communication strategies for technology initiatives.
• Facilitate project status meetings and working sessions with key stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Regularly report project status, risks, and recommendations.

Full-Time 40 hours per week; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three on-site days per week.

$105,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
