* Design, develop, and maintain mission critical full stack applications (Java/React) for cybersecurity and key management workflows.
* Implement scalable RESTful services, database models, and frontend components aligned with DoD standards.
* Write unit/integration tests; drive code quality, secure coding, and performance optimization.
* Collaborate with product, security, and systems teams to refine requirements and deliver features to production.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies; contribute architecture and design documentation; support readiness and security reviews. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree plus 3 years.
* Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
* Strong command of Java (including enterprise patterns) and React/JavaScript.
* Database experience (SQL, Postgre

SQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).
* Familiarity with Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Security).
* Solid understanding of secure software practices and defensive programming.
* Excellent problem?solving, communication, and documentation skills. Clearance Requirements
* Department of Defense Secret clearance required at time of hire.
* Applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
* U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred Skills
* Wild Fly or similar Java application servers.
* Designing and consuming REST APIs; familiarity with RESTCONF interfaces.
* Material UI and modern React patterns (hooks, state management).
* Knowledge of PKI, digital certificates, secure key handling.
