Brown & Brown is seeking a Mid-Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Dedham or Boston, MA.The Mid-Market Account Manager plays a vital role in our Commercial Lines Service team and is at the center of delivering exceptional client experiences. This position partners closely with Account Executives to help design, support, and execute tailored insurance solutions for a diverse portfolio of mid-market commercial clients.
You will be actively involved in the service, placement, and growth of accounts, making a meaningful impact on both client success and the overall this role, you will thrive by staying organized, managing and interpreting data, and ensuring accurate documentation within agency management systems. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established processes, and the skill to balance multiple priorities are essential.

This is a hybrid role that can sit in either our Boston or Dedham Massachusetts offices.
How You Will Contribute:
Drive smooth and successful renewals by partnering closely with Account Executives to prepare submissions, exposure summaries, proposals, coverage summaries, and binding documentation.
Support informed risk placement by drafting loss exhibits and proactively obtaining loss runs directly from carriers.
Ensure clients and partners have what they need by coordinating accurate and timely certificates and proofs of insurance.
Protect data integrity and team efficiency by maintaining precise, up-to-date records in the system of records.
Uphold service excellence through quality control of insurance program documentation, including policies, endorsements, audits, and claims.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Two or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance.
Ability to follow processes and procedural guidance.
Effective time management and task prioritization to meet deadlines.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them as required.
Pay Range
51,800. Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
