Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $24.00/hr.

Location:

150 Kerry Place, Dedham, MA 02026.

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow our proven cleaning process and communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Work as part of a two-person team for safety and efficiency.
• If you are a Team Lead:
  Manage the team's schedule, maintain the company car, and ensure driver safety and equipment maintenance.

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Completed a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays.

We provide a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, appointments, a housekeeper uniform, and a company car while you work. Advancement opportunities – we promote from within.

We pay weekly. Earning potential: $16.00–$24.00 per hour. Tip and bonus potential included.
