Are you passionate about managing an exceptional group of talented designers and creating exceptional customer experiences through our design program? Join us as a Design Services Program Manager and lead the transformation of a multi‑channel design program that blends creativity, strategy, and innovation.
In this role, you will evaluate the current state of our program, benchmark against industry best practices, and design a scalable, customer‑centric model that enhances market share, increases average order value, and fosters long‑term relationships across multiple rooms, projects, and phases.
Beyond program strategy, you will play a key leadership role in developing and inspiring our team of Design Consultants. You will ensure they are equipped, supported, and motivated to deliver exceptional, relationship‑driven service that reflects our brand and commitment to the customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Lead the strategy and evolution of the Design Services program
- Assess current performance and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Benchmark against best‑in‑class competitors to elevate our offering
- Build a scalable, customer‑focused model that drives sales and loyalty
- Manage and develop a team of Design Consultants, fostering engagement and performance
- Partner cross‑functionally to enhance processes, tools, and customer experience
- Leverage technology and data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Experience in design services, retail, or customer experience‑driven environments
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement
- Operational expertise with the ability to build scalable programs and processes
- Comfort with technology and a data‑driven approach to decision making
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday. Hybrid role between the office and all 8 store locations with an option to work remotely 2 days a week. Occasional weekends may be necessary for major weekend events.
Pay Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually plus up to a 12% target bonus.
