Job Overview

This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, providing back‑up leadership of a financial center and serving as a market‑level resource.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a back‑up financial center leader within a market.
  • Manage client traffic, engage and appropriately route clients, and foster client retention.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training or motivating a work team.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or esculate as needed.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
  • Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, easy engagement, sincere interest in building relationships, and commitment to personalized service.
  • Organizational skills: manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs such as Microsoft Office.
  • Must be willing to work weekends/extended hours and travel to any financial center within defined market.
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
  • Skills in coaching, customer service, management, client focus, performance management, talent development, business operations, recruiting, result orientation, risk management, sales performance, inclusive leadership, leadership development, prioritization, problem solving, referral management.
Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,300.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education and skill set.
