Bradsby Group is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe and reliable operation of a biomass power generation facility. You will lead a team of on-shift operators, troubleshoot plant issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Ideal candidates have power plant or industrial operations experience, a supervisory background, and strong knowledge of boilers, turbines, gens, and DCS systems. Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts is required.
