We’re hiring an Ecommerce & Lead Gen Advertising Account Manager to lead client relationships and manage paid media programs across Google, Microsoft, and Meta.
Role OverviewThis is a client-facing role for someone who is confident owning accounts, leading strategy, and communicating clearly with business owners and marketing teams.
You’ll manage a portfolio of ecommerce and lead generation clients and take the lead on:
- Account strategy and execution
- Ongoing optimization and performance improvement
- Client communication and reporting
- Project management and internal coordination
This role is ideal for someone who is both performance-driven and highly organized

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and ongoing client meetings
- Build trust through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive strategy
- Translate client business goals into measurable paid media plans
- Present performance results and next-step recommendations in a clear, confident way
- Take the lead on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, You Tube)
- Microsoft Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Develop plans around: creative and messaging, landing pages and conversion paths, audience and keyword strategy, budget pacing and bid strategy
- Monitor performance and adjust strategy quickly based on results
- Track KPIs including:
- ROAS / MER (ecommerce)
- Identify what’s driving results and what needs improvement
- Work with analytics support to ensure tracking is accurate (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
- Take the lead on project management for each account
- Coordinate with internal team members (web dev, SEO, etc.)
- Keep tasks, deadlines, and deliverables organized and moving forward
- Maintain clean internal notes, documentation, and handoffs
- Ensure client work stays on track and nothing falls through the cracks
- 2–5+ years hands on experience within paid media accounts for:
- Ecommerce brands and/or
- Strong experience in Google Ads (required)
- Experience with Meta Ads (required)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and optimization
- Excellent communication skills — you can confidently lead client calls and explain performance clearly
- Proven ability to take ownership of accounts and lead strategy
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Shopify Experience
- GA4 experience
This role is based in Dedham, MA
Hybrid schedule preferred, with flexibility depending on the candidate.
