Jordan’s is looking for a Brand Designer to bring bold ideas to life and shape how our visual identity shows up everywhere, from digital, social, and email to print, packaging, advertising, and our stores. Like a beautifully designed room, every detail should feel intentional, connected, and memorable. This position is located out of our Dedham MA location, working Monday - Friday a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

What You’ll Do- Originate brand and campaign design concepts, transforming strategy and creative briefs into a clear and compelling creative direction.
- Uphold and evolve Jordan’s design system, including the visual language, standards, and templates that keep creative work consistent and efficient across every channel.
- Look at the full story behind each creative brief and design every deliverable to play a distinct role within one connected campaign.
- Manage, mentor, develop, and provide day‑to‑day direction to designers and production artists.
- Review and edit creative work, provide thoughtful feedback, and give final approval before projects are released.
- Design the highest‑value creative work and carry concepts through to finished, production‑ready assets.
- Partner with the Photo Studio and Art Director to ensure design, photography, and on‑location art direction share one cohesive visual language.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Media, E-Commerce, and Merchandising to create a consistent brand experience across campaigns, product pages, and the sales floor.
- Build the design tools, templates, systems, and standards needed to support an evolving in‑house creative team.
- Serve as a trusted steward of the Jordan’s brand across every customer touchpoint.
Create a clear and recognizable visual identity that feels connected across digital, social, email, print, advertising, packaging, and the in‑store experience.
Raise the quality and effectiveness of the work by establishing strong creative direction and maintaining a high standard from concept through production.
Connected CampaignsBuild campaigns in which every deliverable contributes to one cohesive brand story while serving a clear purpose within its individual channel.
Team DevelopmentCoach and develop designers and production artists, strengthening the team’s creative thinking, technical execution, and overall craft.
Develop practical design systems, standards, and templates that improve consistency, provide structure, and help the team produce high‑quality work efficiently.
Cross‑Functional PartnershipBring design, photography, marketing, media, e‑commerce, merchandising, and the store experience together through one shared visual direction.
Who You Are- You have 7 or more years of brand or graphic design experience, either in‑house or at an agency.
- You have a professional portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, excellent execution, and a clear design point of view. A social media profile is not considered a portfolio.
