Position Summary

The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in advancing the Institute for Nonprofit Practice's (INP) ambitious growth strategy, aimed at amplifying the organization's impact on leaders, organizations, and communities nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of National Program Operations, the Program Coordinator will ensure the seamless delivery of the Core Certificate Program, RISE Program, or BLI Executive Fellowship across various U.S. locations.

The Program Coordinator will be instrumental in fostering student engagement and maximizing program impact by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with participants. Serving as a key ambassador for INP, the coordinator will connect and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Responsibilities also include being the primary point of contact for students, supporting faculty with technical needs, such as Zoom hosting for virtual sessions, and aiding in the recruitment and enrollment of new students.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a proactive approach, and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Greater Boston. The role requires regular in-person work at our Dedham, MA office at least two days per week, frequent travel across the New England region to support in-person programming, and occasional travel by plane (approximately 3–4 times per year) to support national programs or events.

Essential

Functions

Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day student and faculty needs for 4-5 cohorts of students.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance engagement and maximize program impact.

Serve as the lead Zoom host for virtual sessions managing all technology and administrative tasks, including taking attendance, creating breakout rooms, managing the chat, and providing tech support to students and faculty.

Ensure all course materials and information in the Learning Management System (LMS) are accurate, updating as needed.

Support the recruitment of students by participating in candidate interviews, preparing admissions notifications and responding to accepted student inquiries.

Support all processes related to student enrollment, including tracking completion of enrollment forms, preparing program launch communications, and managing student registration.

Plan and coordinate events, including program sessions, graduations, and other related activities, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.

Maintain and order office supplies, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the Dedham office is well stocked and organized.

Partner with colleagues across departments to prepare supplies and branded materials for fundraising events, board meetings, and other organizational gatherings.
