Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

• Provide clinical support and triage services in an Internal Medicine outpatient setting

• Coordinate and document patient care while assisting with procedures and vaccinations

• Ensure smooth clinic operations through effective use of electronic medical records and strong communication skills

• Work weekday shifts with no weekend or on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage and clinical assessments

• Document patient encounters and care plans using Epic EMR

• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members

• Administer immunizations and vaccinations

• Facilitate and document outpatient testing procedures

• Assist providers with outpatient procedures as needed

• Support patient education and communication related to care plans

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Strong triage experience in an outpatient or clinical setting

• Proficiency in Epic EMR system

• Ability to coordinate patient care and support procedural workflows

• Must hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
