Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65 per hour
- Shift
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 10‑hour shifts and 5‑hour shift on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Friday of each month. - Required Cases:
All Cataracts; no retrobulbar blocks needed. - Electronic Medical Records (EMR): SIS Independent cases.
- Credentialing Timeframe:
Approximately 30 days. - License Required.
