Licensed Practical Nurse

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support clients in our specialized eating disorder treatment programs. The LPN delivers direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors vitals and nutritional status, and supports medical and psychiatric treatment plans. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will document care, respond to medical concerns, and educate clients and families. • Provide direct nursing care to clients in eating disorder treatment programs
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, labs, and nutritional status
• Respond to medical and psychiatric concerns and

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the medical record
• Educate clients and families on health, medications, and recovery supports
• Support a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed treatment environment
• Participate in shift handoffs, team meetings, and quality improvement activities
• Medication administration
• Nursing assessment
• Vital signs monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
  
  Wound care and basic procedures
• Infection control
• De-escalation and crisis intervention
• Patient and family education
• Care coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Behavioral health / psychiatric nursing principles

• Active LPN license in practicing state
• BLS/CPR certification
• IV therapy certification (preferred)
• Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience (preferred)
