Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time home health visits in the Dedham, Massachusetts area. The role is ongoing with a staff employment type and includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Conduct comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and quickly identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Utilize experience with acute and post‑acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care) in a home setting.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teach patients and families, and monitor safety.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
• Manage a dynamic visit schedule, prioritize urgent visits, and maintain productivity while ensuring high attention to detail.
• Provide care in varied home environments and show cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy.

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by school transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with adult/geriatric patients in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab units.

• Competitive pay range with a weekly pay schedule.
