Advanced Practice Clinician

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered setting.

• Managing a panel of patients through clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Overseeing care plans, coordinating referrals, and communicating with specialists
• Monitoring and managing acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatments accordingly
• Partnering with patients and families to ensure effective care management
• Providing consultation for hospitalized patients and supporting staff to optimize departmental effectiveness

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, Masters preferred
• Licensed by the Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing
• National Board Certification and current DEA licensure or ability to obtain
• Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration
• Maintains BLS certification; professional certification as appropriate

Preferred: 2+ years of advanced practice clinician experience.

Compensation:
Range from $109,500 to $164,000, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits such as health coverage, incentive programs, stock options, and 401(k). The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive environment focused on quality care and professional development.
