Few & Far is hiring a Lead Server
. We are a seasonal/local farm‑to‑table restaurant helmed by Stan Hilbert
, owner of Forage in Cambridge, and Chef Ryan Poutré
. The restaurant aims to create a comfortable, hospitable environment that is down to earth while maintaining the highest standards for service and cuisine. The Lead Server will lead the front‑of‑house team, coordinate service flow, and ensure guests receive exemplary service.
We are looking for humble, ego‑free individuals with a genuinely positive attitude and a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate:
- Has a few years of experience in a like‑minded restaurant
- Is passionate about food and beverage and can work quickly and calmly while maintaining a high level of service
- Shows a love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food
- Works well in a team environment and is excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fast‑paced, fun, and positive atmosphere
