The team behind Molinari’s is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef for Zocca Cucina Italiana
, our new concept in Dedham Square. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume upscale casual environment, a dedicated professional able to lead a team with culinary professionalism and enthusiasm fitting one of Boston’s established concepts.

What You Will Do
  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, working closely to ensure that the full scope of the culinary program is executed to the standards set.
  • Supervise the kitchen staff; delegate tasks, provide guidance as needed, and ensure efficiency.
  • Manage and control inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
  • Build and foster a professional, collaborative environment, working alongside the management team for continuous improvement to execute top‑level hospitality.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years kitchen experience, with previous experience as a Sous chef or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an added advantage.
  • Ability to retain composure and decorum in high‑pressure circumstances.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, ability to follow instruction and take initiative when needed.
Detail Of Responsibilities (included But Not Limited To)
  • Implement and maintain the standards instilled throughout the concepts.
  • Oversee and ensure the maintenance/continuity of food safety management in adherence with health department requirements.
  • Maintain active quality control and ensure integrity for all plated items that leave the kitchen.
  • Train and supervise the BOH team, motivating them to succeed.
  • Participate in effective and respectful communication with all levels of management and FOH team, continuously demonstrating a positive and welcoming environment.
  • This is a hands‑on chef position.
