• Delivering food promptly and accurately to tables
• Clearing and resetting tables quickly between courses and seatings
• Refilling water, bread, and condiments with efficiency and discretion
• Assisting servers in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Anticipating guest needs with professionalism and a sense of urgency

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-player mentality
• Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required
