As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of our back‑of‑house team, responsible for executing menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and plating standards
• Work various hot line stations during service
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
• Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation quality
• Keep station clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and leadership

• Previous experience in a high‑volume kitchen preferred
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Passion for Italian cuisine and seasonal cooking a plus
