• Manage assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks.
• Capture photos and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided.
• Perform merchandising duties, including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work within Boston, Dedham and Bellingham, MA territory (location: Dedham, MA within a 40‑60 mile radius).
• Part‑time, 24 hours per week, 3 days a week.
• Compensation: $21‑$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Responsible for selling, merchandising, and maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
• Ensure products remain stocked and reorder when necessary.
• Use mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• Switch between stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
• Work independently, follow directions, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Paid drive time at $0.70 per mile and receive a monthly phone stipend.
• Receive steady and consistent scheduled working hours with route flexibility.
• Eligible for PTO and sick days, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay.

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Stock products on shelves from new orders and conduct audits in grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify accurate product representation on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment and professional appearance.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day; lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work comfortably in a fast‑paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) and internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).
