Responsibilities
- Create a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests
- Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store
- Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for the store
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor and stockroom
- Specialty retail sales experience
- Proficiency in using POS systems and previous cash handling required
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
