Our Brand Representatives bring our store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing our brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all.

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs, initiate conversation comfortably, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.

• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.

The starting rate for this position is $15.75 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $15.75‑$15.75 per hour; the rate may be modified in the future.
