Dispatch Security Officers and appropriate staff in response to calls, alarms, and routine service needs;
Serve as the point of contact for emergency responders until their arrival on campus;
Monitor security systems including CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, and emergency response devices;
Ensure resident check-ins are logged in accordance with policy and procedures;
Maintain clear and professional records of calls and incidents
