Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to support authorized access and assist with directions and general assistance;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public responders;
Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation related to daily activities, observations, and interactions with tenants, visitors, and contractors
