PositionFull‑time Security Officer – Dedham area.
ScheduleWednesday‑Sunday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (2nd Shift, Weekends).
Pay$20.50 per hour.
Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
- Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
- Operate mobile unit to monitor exterior premises.
- Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
- Write detailed daily reports of incidents that occurred on the premises.
- Maintain proper use, completion, and submission of all patrol activity forms.
- Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
- Maintain patrol vehicle, including routine maintenance, vacuuming, and car wash.
- Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
- Comply with all requirements, directives, and the on‑site operations manual/post orders.
- Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

- Customer service experience preferred and/or related field or education.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Dependable means of transportation.
- Clear and effective communication in English (written and verbal).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Mobile Patrol:
Valid driver’s license for at least three years with a clean driving record.
- Medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
- Paid vacation and paid sick days.
