Security Site Supervisor

Securitas is seeking a professional Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client facility. In this on-site leadership role, you will supervise security officers, coordinate post coverage and patrols, monitor access control and CCTV, and ensure compliance with client procedures and Securitas standards. You will respond to incidents, complete accurate reports, coach and train officers, and serve as the primary contact for client representatives.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, integrity, vigilance, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security officers to ensure safe, professional site coverage.
• Coordinate daily post assignments, schedules, and staffing levels.
• Monitor access control, patrols, CCTV, and alarms per client procedures.
• Respond to incidents, conduct preliminary investigations, and complete detailed reports.
• Train, coach, and mentor officers on policies, procedures, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for client representatives and Securitas management.
• Enforce company and site security policies, post orders, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and briefings to maintain readiness and compliance.
