Overview
We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Dedham, MA. $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus
Responsibilities- Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop
- Perform maintenance and repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
- Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Ongoing development and certifications on new and existing Cummins products
- Maintain own tools
- Completes complex internal engine repairs
- Performs engine overhauls unassisted
- Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components
- Proficient experience with engine diagnostic software
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.

- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
- Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
- Locally Valid Driving Permit (Preferred)
- Potential licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. The roll will be subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
