Drive for Hebrew Rehabilitation Center to meet transportation needs of patients including outpatient and inpatient services;
Assist residents/patients with wheelchairs and walkers on and off transportation vehicles using safe patient handling techniques;
Record daily mileage, times, and initials on daily sheet; communicate with Transportation Coordinator;
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report unsafe equipment or needed repairs;
Provide support to life enhancement and nursing teams with patient engagement activities during times of no scheduled transportation
