Position: Full-Time Member Associate
Become a key player at Northern Credit Union as a full-time Member Associate in Deep River. This role blends administrative support and customer service to ensure smooth loan processes and superior member satisfaction.

As a vital member of the branch team, the Member Associate collaborates with Member Advisors and the Market Manager. You will manage loan documentation, maintain client records, and aid in compliance with regulations. Providing high-quality service and identifying cross-selling opportunities are crucial to enhancing the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end loan process and documentation

• Open personal and business accounts efficiently

• Assist members with online banking services

• Respond promptly to member inquiries

• Promote Visa sales and confirm member appointments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 to 2 years' banking experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic understanding of retail loan products

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
