Position: Full-Time Member Associate
Become an essential part of Northern Credit Union as a full-time Member Associate at our Deep River Branch. This role emphasizes customer service and administrative support to streamline the loan process while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

As a Member Associate, you will directly support Member Advisors and the Market Manager by managing key documents and maintaining client records.

Your role influences client satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication. You will efficiently facilitate loan approvals and assist members with inquiries, enhancing their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation for the loan process and compliance

• Open personal and business bank accounts

• Assist with estate administration processes

• Promote and manage Visa sales effectively

• Support members with online banking services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred

• 1 to 2 years in banking or financial services

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of retail loan products

• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
