Family office is seeking an experienced, energetic, detail-oriented Controller. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing all accounting functions, overseeing financial reporting & budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes, coordinating with managers/owner to review project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, managing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, 5-10 years accounting experience is a MUST, proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks), excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills, ability to work with owners and other team members, and being detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
