What the ideal candidate will do:
  • Prepare and distribute proposals, quotes, and sales documentation based on specifications and pricing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM updates, data management, and system improvements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support overall sales operations by organizing files, assisting with events, providing phone coverage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Must be a US Person.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to professionally manage inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skill, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Experience with ERP/MRP system is a plus; SAP preferred. Must have experience with CRM systems;
    Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
