Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and collect vehicle/fleet details
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch field technicians
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations
• Prepare estimates and write work orders
• Follow up with customers on approvals and service completion
• Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to track job status
• Maintain professional phone, text, and email communication

Required:

• 1–3 years customer service or service desk experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and follow up
• Professional phone presence and email skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Automotive or fleet service industry experience
• Understanding of truck, diesel, or heavy equipment services
