Job Description:

At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you are helpful, knowledgeable, and have high energy, so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and using the various systems to perform your job successfully!

You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage all guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane set‑up and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes; complete side duties.

• Prior food, beverage, or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and mult‑tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple supporting systems.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

• Salary Range: $17,000 – $18,500.
