• Source and procure materials to meet production schedules
• Manage vendor relationships, qualification, and negotiations
• Oversee inventory levels to prevent production disruptions
• Maintain ERP purchasing and inventory modules with accurate data
• Generate purchase orders and track through delivery
• Coordinate shipping logistics and documentation
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (Global Shop Solutions a plus)
• Ability to interpret BOMs, blueprints, and technical documents
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
