Machine Assembler

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using various hand tools, interpreting technical drawings, and assembling machine components. You will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machine parts, ensuring that machines are built accurately and function properly.

Salary: $24 - $27 per hour

7 AM - 3:30 PM

High School

Responsibilities:

• Use various hand tools (screwdrivers, hex wrenches, drills, etc.) to assemble machine components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to understand assembly requirements and specifications.
• Assemble and install machine parts such as valves, pumps, gears, cylinders, and motors according to design specifications.
• Apply grease and lubricants to machine components to ensure smooth operation.
• Use a drill to make holes in machines as required for assembly or installation of parts.
• Perform quality checks on assembled machines to ensure they meet company standards.
• Test machines and components to verify functionality and ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet assembly deadlines and production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues as they arise.
