Mini-Circuits is seeking an HFM Manufacturing Line Manager to lead and manage High Frequency Module manufacturing operations, including Test, Assembly, Kit Room, Casing, and Inspection. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality while meeting delivery and cost objectives in a cross-functional environment.
The role partners with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Control, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve challenges, improve processes, and align production with changing demands.
