Job Overview

Modern Packaging is seeking a dependable and team-oriented individual to support assembly operations by managing parts and materials. The role involves providing prompt counter service to assembly associates, receiving and stocking inventory within the manufacturing facility, maintaining a clean and organized parts room, and assisting team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide counter service to all assembly associates who need parts or materials to perform their jobs.
  • Receive parts and perform stocking duties in the manufacturing facility.
  • Keep the parts room clean and orderly.
  • Be a team player and help others as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Should be punctual and dependable.
  • Basic computer literacy with the capacity to learn new technology.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to read and understand related forms and specifications.
  • Ability to communicate and have discussions in English.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to stay organized and perform work in a safe and orderly fashion.
  • May be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Overtime may be required.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High School.
  • Experience:

    1–2 years in stockroom (previous experience preferred but not required).
  • Company will train the right candidate.
Benefits

Compensation: $27–$29 per hour. Total compensation includes salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, life insurance, generous paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Eligible for all benefits on the first day of employment.
