Job Description

Modern Packaging is looking for a Metal Polisher who can efficiently perform the following tasks:

• Operate small electric and pneumatic hand and bench tools.
• Deburr and polish metal parts with various abrasives and hand tools.
• Follow work instructions and procedures.
• Stand for longer periods of time as needed.
• Be a team player and help others as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Previous experience preferred but not required. Company will train the right candidate.
• Ability to communicate and have discussions in English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
• Ability to stay organized and perform work in a safe and orderly fashion.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Be punctual and dependable.

Day shift hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. Overtime is often required.

Compensation Range: $20 - $24 hourly.

Total compensation includes salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, life insurance, generous paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Eligibility begins on the first day of employment.
