Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Summary The Spare Parts Fulfillment Coordinator plays a critical role within the Aftermarket team and is responsible for the fulfillment process of spare parts orders, including collecting, staging, verifying, packaging, and shipping parts. This position helps ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while supporting daily shipping requirements and urgent customer needs. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with daily processing goals and frequent changes in priority.

The successful candidate must be able to work with a sense of urgency, adapt quickly to expedited shipment requests, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. .
