for Schenck USA is the perfect role for you!
Our 18-month program offers a comprehensive journey of hands-on training, professional mentorship, and skill development to launch your career in electro-mechanical assembly.

- This position is a Union position with the eligibility of union membership and other benefits.
- Medical and 401K benefits eligibility after 60 days. PTO and Paid Holidays eligibility after 90 days.
- Continued support towards your growth as an Electro-Mechanical Equipment Assembler through our continued education reimbursement program.
- Build machines & large sub-assemblies using power tools and hand tools.
- Electrical (panels and cables) assembly.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- All other duties assigned.
- Must be a U.S. Person.
- High school diploma (or equivalent). Vocational/technical school training is helpful but not required .
- A mechanical aptitude is required, but prior experience is not necessary.
- Candidates must be able and willing to take continuing education courses at local university/college.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must read & understand written and oral instructions.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Must be able to use tools such as hand tools, torque wrenches, and power tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs. on a regular basis, sometimes up to 50 lbs.
Drug and background screenings are conducted upon hire.
