JOB OVERVIEWWe're seeking an Influencer Coordinator to support the execution of our influencer partnerships and amplify our brand presence across social platforms. In this role, you'll manage both gifted and paid influencer campaigns from sourcing through execution, coordinate product shipments, and track performance metrics to identify wins and opportunities. Working closely with our Social Media Manager and broader marketing team, you'll help align influencer activations with key product launches and seasonal moments while staying ahead of emerging social trends.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of influencer marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a passion for building authentic brand partnerships.
- Support the development and execution of gifted influencer strategies, such as sourcing, outreach, and execution.
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager on paid influencer campaigns, larger storytelling activations, and brand events.
- Coordinate product shipments for all influencer partnerships.
- Monitor influencer participation, reviewing content with the Social Media Manager for brand accuracy and alignment.
- Track performance metrics and flag wins, learnings, and potential opportunities for future campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing calendar to plan partnerships around key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and find creative ways to integrate them into strategy.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator for additional marketing projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in social media, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Past experience in influencer marketing demonstrating ability to execute multiple paid and gifted partnerships.
- A deep understanding of influencers, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinking and campaign development abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
