What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service that promotes product and builds brand relationships
  • Assist management in building store business
  • Serve multiple customers, multi‑task, handle simultaneous projects
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals
  • Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items that match customer needs
  • Maintain positive working relationships supporting a productive environment
  • Communicate store information, brand initiatives and discrepancies to management
  • Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas
  • Maximize performance through learning, coaching and feedback
  • Support operational excellence, inventory management, orders, recalls, replenishment, re‑tickets, etc.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs
  • Lead or supervise others when required and open/close store
  • Understand customer needs through intentional conversation
