Commercial Roofing Service Lead Technician

We are hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY.

Starting at $30 plus, based on experience.

• Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal.
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Complete required paperwork, attend meetings, assist in training crew members.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles).

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

• Physical surroundings:
  Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical effort:
  Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Travel:
  Mostly local.
