Join EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency, as a full-time Case Manager for the Sanctions Intervention Project. The agency supports over 79,000 people through 100 programs across Long Island and NYC. Wage is $24/hour; schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
Location is DSS South West 2 S 2nd Street in Deer Park, NY, with travel required to other DSS sites. The Case Manager will conduct interviews, collect data, make referrals, and coordinate services for clients on sanction
