Staff Accountant - Specialty Rental - Deer Park

Your role

As a Staff Accountant, your mission is to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial accuracy across the organization. This individual will take initiative, perform in-depth analysis, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive operational excellence in finance. You will report to the Finance Manager.

• Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and analyzeinternal financial reports to support business decisions
• Conduct regular reviews of general ledger and balance sheet transactions
• Perform job costing analysis and track profitability
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory recordsin accordance with accounting standards
• Handle daily cash applications, ACH transactions, and check processing
• Provide support on ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requests

• You have minimum 2+ years of hands‑on accounting experience
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Experience with job costing, fixed assets, and reconciliations preferred
• Prior experience with Net Suite is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• High attention to detail and analytical ability
• Proficiency in Office
  365, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting systems (Net Suite preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Option 2:
On‑site then Hybrid Your first 90 days will be on‑site. After successful completion of the 90 days, this role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on‑site at our corporate headquarters for Specialty Rental Division North America in Deer Park, TX, United States (US).
