Burrow Global is seeking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator that has experience working in an EPC environment.
The ideal candidate will manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities/Duties- Provide project coordination support through the project life cycle.
- Preparation of multiple status reports weekly
- Assist with getting weekly schedule updates and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain all communication and tracking tools, e.g. Action Items, Requests for Information, Decisions, Deviation Notices, and Change Orders
- Can act as a point of contact as necessary for Clients, Vendors, Contractors and Burrow Global Employees
- Coordinate the organization and maintenance of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Establish and manage document control procedures to ensure efficient project document tracking, distribution, and retrieval.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect, review, and update documents as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain document logs and databases, tracking document revisions, approvals, and distributions.
- Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting agendas, and other administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced MS Excel and Word experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certification or training in document control or administrative support is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the EPC industry, is preferred.
